I have over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian helping individuals learn how to improve their diet. I also have over 30 years of experience managing diabetes. Not only am I a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, but I also live with Type 1 Diabetes. I understand, from firsthand experience, the importance of following a healthy and well-balanced diet for my own health and wellbeing. I had to teach myself how to manage my blood sugars in the wake of parties and family gatherings, and I want to help you learn how to do this as well.
